Michael has 25 years experience leading strategy and change in organisations of varying sizes and stages of development, from in-house and interim roles, and as a consultant.
With deep experience of the education and publishing sectors, he knows how difficult it can be to get the right data, information and insights together to support the strategy process.
Recently Head of Strategy for six years at Cambridge University Press, he helped to drive digital transformation and significant finacial performance improvements. Before that, he was a consultant at leading strategy and accounting firms and had an early career at the Institute for Manufacturing in Cambridge.
